Purchased items not available
In the case that items purchased is unavailable, we will proceed with a refund to gift card sent to your email. You may use the gift card to purchase items online or in store for a validity of 1 year.

14 Days Return Policy
You may return new and unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of the goods only. We will not refund original postage costs. Please return products with appropriate packaging (the original, undamaged packaging); please let us know why you are returning the item. Please do get a proof of posting receipt just in case your parcel goes astray. 
As soon as our lovely warehouse team has received your products in resellable condition, we will issue you a refund to gift card and let you know via email.

Faulty, Defective or Wrongly Delivered Goods
These items will be fully refunded, including the original and return postage costs. This is only as long as the fault is not due to misuse, use against the manufacturer's recommendations or reasonable wear and tear. A picture of the defective/incorrect item is required for us to process the exchange.

Digital Patterns / Videos
We are unable to accept return of digital patterns or videos once sent, therefore it's 
non-refundable. 

Material Kits
There will be no full refunds for material kits. As digital patterns are included in our kits, the amount refunded will be (Kit Cost) - (Digital Pattern Cost) - (Shipping Cost) = Refund Amount. As patterns are delivered to you via email, it is not possible to revert the digital pattern. Please think through before purchasing to avoid being in a sticky situation. 

Acceptable Payment Methods
We accept several modes of payments – Cash (only in store), Paynow, Paylah, Credit Card, and ATM/Bank transfers (online payment). Please note that all Paynow/Paylah payments will be made to our mobile number 92304874 (Tiny Rabbit Hole). If payment is accidentally made elsewhere other than this number, we will not be held liable for the payment, and we will not be able to process your order.

Preorder Policy
All preordered items are to be strictly collected via self-pick up only, unless stated otherwise. Pre-ordered items may take approximately up to 5 months, or potentially longer or shorter, depending on the manufacturing company. We will provide timely updates on your order as soon as we receive new information. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated. Please kindly take the time to read through our Self-Pick Up Policy below when you have made a preorder.

For Re:Designed Orders
Please make your preorder by the end of every month. When preorder batch is placed, kindly expect that it will take approximately 5-6 months, or potentially longer, to receive your order. 

Manufacturing duration: estimated 5 months, or more, excluding public holidays and major holidays in the country of production.

Shipping to TRH duration: estimated 1 month, excluding public holidays in Singapore.

Self collection period: estimated at least 5 months after the end of the month that you have placed your order (For example: Preorder is made on 1 October. Expect 3-5 months from 30 October to collect your order.)

Self-Pick Up Policy
Items that are to be collected via self-pickup will have a "Ready to Pick up" notification sent to you once they are ready. If there are any items that are Out of Stock, we will contact you directly for any changes. Please take note that we will hold your order 1 month from when it is "Ready to Pick up". Once it has been more than a month, we will cancel the order so please do collect it within 1 month. No shipping options provided for preorder items. You may arrange your own delivery via Grab and inform us. We will not be liable for any damages caused to your item once you have received it. This policy is effective from 1 November 2024. Any preorders made after 1 November 2024 will automatically need to be self-collected.
