Exchange and Refund Policy
We allow exchanges or returns within the first 14 days of your purchase, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered an exchange of any kind.
How to do an exchange or return
Please bring the item in its original packaging to our store for an exchange or return. If you have purchased online, please bring the item in it's original shipping packaging. Once we inspect that the item is in its original packaging, undamaged and still in resellable condition, we will issue you store credits tagged to your account for the value of the item and you may make new purchases within a 1 year validity period. Items that are not in ressellable condition will be denied store credits.
Eligibility for Exchanges

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, sale items cannot be exchanged.
- In the event that you are unable to visit our store to do a return, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Exempt Goods
The following are exempt for exchange and refund:
- Digital patterns and videos (and if they are part of a material kit purchase)
- As patterns are delivered to you via email, it is not possible to revert the digital pattern. Â
- Consignment products
- Leather products
- Workshops

Refund Policy
- All sales/exchanges are final. We strictly do not provide cash or credit card refunds for online and store purchases.
Faulty, Defective or Wrongly Delivered Goods
- In the event that you have received goods that are faulty or defective, please take a photo and send to our team via Whatsapp. This is only as long as the fault is not due to misuse, use against the manufacturer's recommendations or reasonable wear and tear. A picture of the defective/incorrect item is required for us to process the exchange. Please bring the item down so that we can do an exchange for you.
- In the event that you have received wrongly delivered goods, please bring to the store to do an exchange within 14 days of receiving the items.
